Planning a reunion
A few things that make reunion orders go smoothly.
We print reunion shirts often enough to know where these orders usually snag. A little planning up front saves everyone a headache in the last week before the trip.
Order 4–6 weeks out
That leaves room for a design proof, a real size headcount from every branch of the family, and our 3–5 day print turnaround with buffer to spare.
Pick one point of contact
One person collects sizes and money — a group chat or shared spreadsheet works fine — and places a single order. It's the single biggest time-saver we see.
Get the real size count
"About 60" becomes a mess at pickup. A simple headcount by size (toddler, youth, adult S–XL, 2XL–5XL) keeps everyone in a shirt that fits.
Two colors, if it helps
Some families print one color for kids and another for adults, or a different color per branch of the family — same design, easy to spot each other in photos.

Can every shirt be a different size?
Yes — the same design prints the same way on every size, toddler 2T through adult 5XL. You give us a size breakdown (how many of each) and everyone gets an identical shirt in their own size.
Do you add individual names, or just the family name?
Both work. Most reunion orders use one shared design on the front (family name, reunion year, a city or park name, or a crest), and some families add individual first names on the back. Either way it's one design applied across every shirt.
What if people are chipping in from different states?
One person places the order for the group — that's the easiest way we've seen it work. Collect sizes and money however works for your family (Venmo, cash, a group chat spreadsheet), then place one order with the full size breakdown and one shipping or pickup address.
How far ahead should we order for a reunion?
We recommend placing your order 4–6 weeks before the reunion. That leaves room for a design proof, a size-count headcount from relatives, and our standard 3–5 business-day print turnaround, with buffer if anything needs a revision.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — 50 shirts per order, mixed across any sizes you need. That's usually well within range for a reunion once you count every generation.
What file should I upload for our family design?
A PNG with a transparent background works best. No design yet? Use the built-in text tool to set your family name and reunion year in a font and color of your choice, right on the shirt.
